
Specialists warn: the people suffering from a chronic lack of sleep, think about suicide more often. These conclusions were made based on research involving more than 5,500 people in the United States.
It is one of the key symptoms of sleep difficulties in falling asleep, waking early, uneasy sleep. The person who has at least 2 symptoms of insomnia, reflecting 2.6 times more often to suicide and decides to attempt suicide 3 times more often than those who sleep well.
Scientists explain that this regularity is primarily linked with the fact that people with insomnia have in most cases of psychological disturbance. The psychological problems are also a common cause of suicide.
The researchers insist that we must deal with psychological problems by normalizing sleep. A healthy sleep is able to eliminate the appearance of suicidal thoughts.
